Have you ever burnt candles(kept vigil) overnight preparing for exams? Get soaked in the whole exam preparation process, read all you thought you needed to, revised, and all just so you have a very good score in the end. Get your brain stock with enough info to get you through your exams.

But on the day of the exams, right in the middle of it, you find yourself having a mini-memory crisis, all you read and thought was enough became almost non-existing.

You could barely remember what you read or have been thought. Now you find yourself in a situation that seems like you never prepared adequately for the exams, then panic ensues.

Your memory shuts. You get little or no reception, barely enough to get you a desirable score. You curse your luck and perhaps feel it might be due to information overload. Or maybe you aren’t as intelligent as you thought you were. The cold reality is right in front of you.

Perhaps all the above reasons could be part of it, I wouldn’t know, or maybe you just might be running low on a nutrient, considering the amount of preparation put into preparing for the exam. This nutrient keeps the nerves around the memory compartment of the brain active you get access to your memory bank with ease as long as you’ve consumed useful/relevant pieces of information, it sticks. Then this nutrient together with a hormone eases the collection of this useful information whenever you need it, and this nutrient is what we’ll get into shortly…

So, If you’ve been in a similar situation or maybe you’re preparing for an upcoming exam and want to boost your chances of not having a blank memory, or perhaps you’re just a health enthusiast interested in keeping the memory active, you just might find this an interesting read if you stick with me to the end.

Before we get into this nutrient, I want to state categorically that, I am neither a doctor, a coach, or any health-related professional, however, if you’ve been reading my stuff, you’d discovered they are mostly out of recommendations from professionals and also, my personal experiences of which you can decide to try it out for yourself or not. Your discretion and this one is no different because what you’re about to read was gotten from the numerous outstanding works of Dr. Ray Peat

A Brief On Him

Dr. Ray Peat has a Ph.D. in Biology from the University of Oregon where he also lectured and specialized in Physiology. Dr. Ray has also lectured at Urbana College, Montana State University, National College of Naturopathic Medicine, University of Veracruz, Mexico, Autonomous University Of Mexico, and Blake College.

He started his work with progesterone and related hormones in 1968. In papers in Physiological Chemistry and Physics (1971 and 1972) and in his dissertation (University of Oregon, 1972), he outlined his ideas regarding progesterone, and the hormones closely related to it, as protectors of the body’s structure and energy against the harmful effects of estrogen, radiation, stress, and lack of oxygen.

The key idea was that energy and structure are interdependent, at every level.

Since then, he has been working on both practical and theoretical aspects of this view. And thinks only a new perspective on the nature of living matter will make it possible to properly take advantage of the multitude of practical and therapeutic effects of the various life-supporting substances — pregnenolone, progesterone, thyroid hormone, and coconut oil in particular.

And you can catch up on some of his works right here.

How It Works

I might not be a qualified health practitioner to give you health advice but I’m sure as hell, Dr. Ray more than qualifies to do that and his results speak volumes and that’s why when I first bumped on one of his interviews about having access to information with ease and how it has helped most of his patients smash their exam scores, I had zero hesitations and just did as he said and the result I got was incredible.

Dr. Ray said you should have the right combination of Thyroid(T3) and a big dose of vitamin B1, and the rest of your nutrition is good,

“He said he’s told several people to try that over the years and no one has scored below per in Graduate Record Examination(GRE) or any standardized exams.”

“100mgs lets you have access to just about everything you’ve ever known or thought”

Animal liver is a good source of Vit B1, however, Dr. Ray peat said you have to backup your physiology and thyroid. B1 can do it all by itself.

Personal recommendation(Take a moderate dose of B1(100mg) alongside caffeine.)

But don’t take my words for it, listen from the horse’s mouth, below is an excerpt from a recorded tape where Dr. Ray Peat is heard giving the narration of how it works.
